Kogila Ramakrishnan has served as an English language educator in primary, secondary, and tertiary education for over 27 years. She specialises in teacher coaching, professional learning communities, and classroom-based assessment. Her research interests include English language teaching practices and teacher professional development. She has presented papers at national and international conferences and has contributed to research publications, book chapters, and educational programmes.

Dr. Moganashwari Kandasamy

Moganashwari Kandasamy has taught English language in primary, secondary and tertiary education for over 20 years. Her research interest includes teachers’ pedagogical knowledge, language learning strategies and educational law. She has published a number of research papers locally and internationally, book chapters and articles. She had won gold, bronze and silver medals in the Research and Innovation Competitions.

Kanjana Devi Iyavoo has 30 years of teaching experience which includes primary, secondary and tertiary education level. Teachers’ pedagogical knowledge, language learning strategies and Inclusive Education are her expertise. She has published research papers in local and international conferences, book chapters and articles. She had won a bronze medal in a Research and Innovation Competition.

Ts. Dr. Mayawi Baba @ Nalikant

Phd in Information Systems/ Information Technology, Universiti Sains Malaysia

Mayawi Baba has over 15 years of experience in education, specialising in educational technology and management. She began her career in teaching before transitioning into roles in education and technology management. Her research has been published in SCOPUS-indexed journals, and she has received national and state awards for innovation. Passionate about meaningful education, she advocates technology integration and community engagement to support sustainable learning.
